I am also suprised with your attention to detail that you had not managed to notice the "issues" before you departed and after the trial run to make sure that you were happy with the quality. I am sure you would have noticed our strick safety procedures before you departed. in Co Mayo running from Westport to Achill Island via Newport and Mulranny and runs through the farms and along the coast of Clew Bay. I am very suprised that the brake pads were not up to standard as we service the bikes before and after each use and with the times that are in it sanitize them also before and after. The largest island in Clew Bay, Clare Island is irrevocably interlinked with Granuaile or Grace O’Malley the Pirate Queen. I would like to apologies for the chain coming off of the bike, and would also like to remind you that we had mentioned that if there were any issues what so ever to contact us as we have a service van on call all day, which would not have left you with greasy hands, that is our job and we enjoy doing it.
