Finally, Richard Hugh sings cynically about doctors, expressing his negative views on them, and his belief that they should receive pay cuts. Paige sings about being overworked and the miscommunication she's been having. This leads into both Stevensons singing about the waiting time they've had to endure in order to get help, remaining unable to see each other.
